These kids are tough, this is Thailand folks, not the wrapped in cotton wool west, people who say its abuse may have a point. But it could also be argued having a unhealthy overweight child, and all the long term health problems that could cause is abusive, and our western society is producing them in massive numbers.

Sad to see a former champion in ill health and in financial difficulty. Much as I love Thai Boxing and Thailand, I have to admit that more should be done to ensure the health and safety of the boxers.
